Aroon: how recently the highest high (Up) and lowest low (Down) of the window happened, on a 0-100 scale, to spot new trends.
How to read it
- Aroon Up near 100 means a fresh high was just made; Down near 100 means a fresh low.
- Up crossing above Down suggests a new uptrend, and the reverse a downtrend.
- Both low means no recent extremes: consolidation.
